Lots Of Squats 

These are optional but it’s something I was doing and I believe it helped tightened my vagina. They also help tighten, tone and build a better booty too.

You can do these at the gym or at home. I was doing them at home and all I used is a 10kg dumbbell. But you can just hold something that’s got some weight while doing your squats or do them without weights.

I done squats every second day and would do 3 sets of 10 reps. Once per day.
